大概算了一下，42公里相当于学校gym下面那个跑道跑189圈

我一般跑20圈腿就开始发麻了:

峰子, 不要记住那个数. 你要想着许三多!

6月15? 貌似我有可能可以去看哈!~

加油加油! 10公里我倒是经常跑, 而且得花1个多小时... 40公里没想过... 我这体重, 膝盖会报废吧..

到时候去的人们准备冰袋啊, 跑完了给他们膝盖和脚踝都给绑上!

It starts on University Crescent, continues on to Pembina Highway, Crescent Drive Park, then onto South Drive and Wildwood Park before heading over the Jubilee Overpass into Crescentwood via Harrow, to Winnipeg's favourite running route on Wellington Crescent and into Assiniboine Park. The Footbridge over the Assiniboine River at Mile 12 brings runners onto Portage Avenue, then onto Wolseley Avenue and to Broadway where runners pass the Manitoba Legislature at Mile 16. Then it's on to the river roads - Assiniboine Avenue, Main St. at the Forks, Lyndale Drive, and on to Kingston Row, then St. Vital Road and River Road. The "big hill" on the Manitoba Marathon course is at Mile 24 - the Bishop Grandin Bridge - then the short incline back onto Pembina Highway, as the course returns to University Crescent and the Finish Line at University Stadium.
