I have an unfurnished room available from March 20th. Near the U of M, routes 60,62,70,etc. are in front of the apt. The rent is $400/month includes water, hydro and heat. There is a deposit $400,(refundable when you move out with the room clean and no damage).
Looking for a quiet friendly responsible roomie. I am a full time student and do not want to live with someone who is into the party scene.
There are two boys (include me), one lives in small room, the other lives in a divided part of living room.
no pets, no drug, no smoke
you can cook but you have to clean as soon as possible. you can invite friends but no long stay (no more than a week). you have to pay for cleaning or repairing any dirt or damage that caused by you.
