rest about 1 week. chest is getting better. pc is sent to fix, so i only can type english at school pc.
chest workout
ball cardio for 15 mins
chest press, 80 pounds 5or 6 sets
dumbbell press 3 sets 25 pounds.
chest hurted me so i stopped.
20 mins running, fat burn mode. about 1.5 mile 190 cal burned.
abs workout 15- 20 mins

just went to see a doctor today. the doc said i need rest for 3 weeks for the chest to heal. he said i can still keep working out as long as i can tolerate the pain.
still go to work out today, see how painful i can get.
