-精通粤菜,川菜,点心 -能够准备并烹饪出整个餐食或者烹制个别特殊要求的食物 -能按照营养师或厨师的指示为患者准备并烹制出特殊膳食 -制定计划菜单,确定食物的份量,估计所需食材和成本,同时监控并订购食材 -定期检查厨房和食物 -订购必需品,做记录,招聘和培训工作人员 -安排,监督厨房操作 -管理组织自助餐和各种宴会 -需要5年以上的工作经验 -灵活,能够有团队合作意识,有主动性,可依靠 -会说英语,中文或粤语会优先考虑 -需要永久、全职工作,35-45小时每周 -工资每小时$20
