Jia Hua International Consulting Center Inc. is established in 2012 and headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It is a government-certified company that provides professional service on visa application, school application, business investment, and permanent resident applications in Canada. Our company has one headquarter locate in Winnipeg and five direct branches in Vancouver, Toronto, Halifax, Shenyang, Taishan . There are eight ICCRC registered immigration consultants within our company.

To be successful in this role, you will need to posses involving personnel functions for the company. which includes recruitment, office administration, interviews, hiring, firing, benefits, compliance regulation, compensation talks, organizational trainings, team building, employee relations, and more.


工作职责 Responsibilities

1. 就公司人力资源政策,指令,指南,标准,流程和程序的应用向公司总裁和经理提供咨询,以确保了解并遵守人力资源政策和计划或服务交付要求。
2. 计划和管理新员工的招聘和雇用过程,并协调员工离职。
3. 确定申请人的资格,并将选择的结果通知申请人并准备工作聘用书。
4. 确定当前和未来员工需求的需求,准备和发布通知和广告,还收集和筛选申请人。
5. 为申请人提供就业要求和就业条件的建议。
6. 查看候选人人数并联系申请人以安排面试。
7. 负责人员的调动,调动和安置。
8. 在面试中评估候选人,并根据他们的表现对所有候选人进行评分,然后向公司总裁汇报。
9. 通知候选人面试的结果,并准备进入程序所需的所有文件。
10. 向各分公司的经理和公司总裁提供有关公司人员配备政策和程序的建议。
11. 负责组织和管理员工咨询。

1. Advise company president and managers on the application of HR policies, directives, guidelines, standards, processes and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance with HR policies and programs or service delivery requirements.
2. Plans and manages the recruitment and hiring process of new staff and coordinates employee departure.
3. Determine eligibility to entitlements and notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
4. Determine the needs of current and prospective employees requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, also collect and filter applications
5. Advise applicants on employment requirements and employment conditions
6. Go over the number of candidates and contact applicants to arrange interviews
7. Be responsible for transfer, redeployment and placement of personnel
8. Evaluate candidate during the interview and grade all candidates base on their performance then report to company president
9. Inform candidates the result of interview and prepare all documents needed for entry procedures
10. Render suggestions on company staffing policies and procedures to president and managers in each branch
11. Responsible for organizing and manage staff consultation

Communicate in Mandarin is a must-have.
Bachelor's Degree or College certificate related is required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required
Team player, who understands that collaboration with colleagues is the key to successful
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Protecting the interests of all employees.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
